NACPB Online Testing Center

Online exams are taken in the NACPB Online Testing Center. You can take an exam at anytime and from anywhere with any internet connected computer, tablet or phone.

Important Information

1. You must schedule the exam no later than 3:00 pm MT (2:00 pm PT, 4:00 pm CT, and 5:00 pm ET) on the business day preceding the day you want to take the exam.
2. Your exam link will be emailed to you by 3:30 pm MT (2:30 pm PT, 4:30 pm CT, and 5:30 pm ET) on the business day prior to your scheduled day.
3. If your exam is scheduled for Saturday, Sunday or Monday, the exam link will be emailed to you on Friday by 3:30 MT (2:30 pm PT, 4:30 pm CT, and 5:30 pm ET).
4. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
5. You must take the exam on your scheduled testing date.
6. Once you begin the exam, you must finish the exam.
7. You have two hours to complete the exam. The time begins when you log in to take the exam.

Instructions

To schedule an exam, click "Schedule an Exam" above, complete the form, and click "Confirm". A confirmation appears after you click Submit.
