Financial Hardship Scholarships
NACPB is now offering a limited number of financial assistance scholarships to students in need due to financial hardships.
NACPB Financial Hardship Scholarships is a scholarship program that expands access to higher education opportunities to all United States citizens by providing financial assistance to students who demonstrate financial need due to financial hardship.
Eligible Students
- High school graduates
- United States citizens
Eligibility Requirements
- Explain financial need
- Support financial need
Eligible Uses
- 50% of NACPB membership
- 50% of cost of CPB education (courses, certifications, training, experience, license, and program)
Award Duration
Up to completion of Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) licensing
Application Process
Email info@certifiedpublicbookkeeper.org with “Scholarship” in the email Subject line and a description of your financial hardship and attach any supporting documentation.
Supporting documentation may include: Doctor signed letter, latest income tax return, paycheck, unemployment check, etc.
If you are unable to describe and support your hardship, your application will be denied.
Important: If you provide any documentation with personal confidential information, i.e., social security number, please black that information out.
