Develop Payroll Knowledge

This course provides fundamental federal payroll education and is required to obtain our Payroll Certification and Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) license.

Course Overview

This course explains payroll and payroll processing. It addresses the latest payroll laws and up-to-the-minute updates. The course focuses on application rather than theory. Examples and real business applications enhance the course and demonstrate the relevance of what you are learning. You learn how to calculate payroll, pay payroll taxes, and prepare payroll tax reports.

Course Length

The course is a seven-week course (one session per week). However, the course is an on-demand, self-study, self-paced course. Therefore, the length of the course is determined by the time you dedicate to the course and your understanding of payroll.
