Support requests received from 12:00 am MT (11:00 pm PT, 1:00 am CT, 2:00 am ET) and 4:00 pm MT (3:00 pm PT, 5:00 pm CT, 6:00 pm ET) are replied to the same day.

Support requests received from 4:00 pm MT (3:00 pm PT, 5:00 pm CT, 6:00 pm ET) - 12:00 am MT (11:00 pm PT, 1:00 am CT, 2:00 am ET) are replied to the next business day.

Support requests received on weekends and major holidays are replied to the next business day.

Bookkeeper Support Requirements

1. You must be a NACPB member.
2. Bookkeeping support - You must complete the Accounting Fundamentals course and pass the Bookkeeping Certification exam.
3. Payroll support - You must complete the Payroll Fundamentals course and pass the Payroll Certification exam.
4. QuickBooks Online support - You must complete the QuickBooks Online Fundamentals course and pass the QuickBooks Online Certification exam.
