It isn't enough to post your resume on a job site; sit back and hope for the best. Your best way to get your name out there is to apply for jobs actively. When looking for bookkeeping jobs, you can do a simple Google search for bookkeeping positions near you or visit any of the job sites in our "Post Your Resume on Job Sites" page. Below you will find a checklist that will you can follow as you begin applying for job online. Some things to double check as you start applying is to ensure that your profiles on Indeed, Monster, and ZipRecruiter as complete and up to date. Make sure you are mindful of where the position is located and whether or not it is remote or in the office. Finally make sure that you set your profile to looking for a job and set it to viewable.
