NACPB Bookkeeper Review
NACPB reviews a bookkeeper's bookkeeping and payroll performance using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Payroll.
Benefits
The review assures the employer and bookkeeper:
- QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Payroll is set up properly,
- the bookkeeper is performing the bookkeeping and payroll accurately and productively,
- the bookkeeping and payroll information is timely, relevant, and reliable,
- the employer is receiving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual business performance reports, and
- operating cash flow is increased.
How it Works
- An employer signs up for the Bookkeeper Review.
- A Bookkeeping Manager is assigned to perform the Bookkeeper Review.
- The Manager completes the Bookkeeping, Payroll, and QuickBooks Online Review Points Form.
- The Manager records review points including: instructive comments, clarification questions, errors and omissions, and instructions to correct errors and omissions.
- The member notes and clears each review point by reading comments, answering questions, and correcting errors and omissions.
- The Manager verifies the review points are cleared.
Review Requirements
- The bookkeeper must be a member and a bookkeeping employee.
- Bookkeeping review - The bookkeeper must complete our free Bookkeeping with QuickBooks Online training.
- Payroll review - The bookkeeper must complete our free Payroll with QuickBooks Online Payroll training.
